Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use designfit.ai or engage designfit for design services. By booking a plan, you agree to them.

Scope of work

Each one-off plan has a fixed scope listed on our pricing page and in your proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start.

Payment

• One-off projects: 50% to start, 50% on launch.
• Retainers: billed monthly in advance.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Australian clients are charged GST where it applies.

Retainers

Retainers run month to month. Pause or cancel before your next billing date. Unused capacity does not roll over.

Revisions

One-off plans include two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Retainers include unlimited revisions within your active requests.

Ownership

You own all final deliverables once paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We deliver our services with care and skill. Results such as rankings, traffic or sales depend on factors outside our control, so we can't guarantee them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
